I'm now back at 2.16 where no problems are occurring with incoming calls.
The 2.18 and the new beta seem to, not understand the incoming sip headers. On an incoming call the program freezes and dies.
The same happens with the Lite version (1.45) the same thing happens. (Lite does show the incoming SIP-uri in the Active-calls but then immediatle windows shows the program crash popup)

I also tested on different pc's (laptops from Dell) but they all fail to show an incoming call.
When i use any other softphone no problems. 
But i like phoner...   so...

Could you check.

And my OS is XP-dutch but also tried on 2003Server english.

PS its from the LITE version since I use the 2.16 version of phoner what does not seem to have problems.

Phoner (Lite) does not show a crash report. It simply stops and closes down leaving a MS-app-crash window.

So the crash report is that belonging to the incoming call in the WS-trace

Provider is Budgetphone in the Netherlands. If you'd like i could PM you the login settings so you could try for yourself.

PS: would it be possible to use the "connect" to see the real  Call-duration? Now it starts counting call duration as soon as the call starts ringing.

I allready tried the phoner beta. seems to work just fine now.

No strange things except once phoner displayed registering for a  while until i made a call toward phoner and than it suddenly went registered.

PS time is not reset on connect. i tested 5 second ringing and 10 second call  time displayed was 15 second. in current call and in history. Would be nice if changed, if not... I'll live 

Sorry to say but it only works (reset timer) on an outgoing call made by phoner(lite). I tested with both last beta versions.
I initiate a call with phoner(lite) the duration starts counting and as i pick-up on the other end the timer is reset. BUT

When i call toward phoner as soon as phoner(lite) starts ringing it starts counting but on pickup it just keeps on going. until a disconnect from either side.
