hi there,
this may be strange for some, but i cant speak german so i'm posting this here!

(1) why dont you make it portable? is it difficult? this is very light and simple to use so why not portable?
(2) can it work in a smartphone? it would be great!

Phoner and PhonerLite are already portable. Just copy phoner.exe, phoner.ini, sipper.dll and sipper.ini to another directory or on an usb-stick and you can use it from there.
Did you have any problems using Phoner or PhonerLite on an usb-stick or in a similar way?

No, unfortunately this is not possible. The differences between PC and mobile versions of Windows are to big to make a transfer possible. Phoner(Lite) had to be rewritten (nearly) completely to make it run on a smartphone.

I like to add - I am just using portable version and have to stress - it is really SUPER great soft-phone!  Cool
