"0" added to dialed number?

I just upgraded from 2.20 to 2.43 and for some reason Phoner is prepending a "0" to the dialed number?

If I type in 19195017479 into the number box, and then click the "Connect" icon, the number that actually gets dialed is 019195017479

You can see this in the debug window in the attatched screenshot.  How can I prevent this from happening?

I t happens in 2.43 and 2.44 Beta, but it does not happen in 2.20.  Thanks!

Take a look at the menu "Options/ISDN". There is tab called "location". There are some configured prefixes. If you don't need such prefixes - just delete them.
The next problem for you are surely the pre configured area codes. Per default the German area codes are included. Just delete the filename on the tab page called "Area codes".
