PHonerlite seems to be disconnecting the call when there is no audio from other side automatically. Please provide option to disable automatic disconnect.

I can do this, but I want to know, why do you need this. If no media at all will be received, there is an error in my point of view.

Hello,

Sorry to unearth this topic, but I'm interested with this option.

It seems to have a 15 minutes timeout on PhonerLite when no audio is received from the other side.

I've managers who listen others agents, and sometimes they listen all days (we have many agents, it's a support hotline).
For listenning, they call an special extension called chanspy : http://www.voip-info.org/wiki/view/Asterisk+cmd+ChanSpy

When there is no active call on the hotline, there is no audio on the chanspy, and sometimes, there is no call during more than 15 minutes.

So, it would be nice if we could disable the 15 minutes hangup timeout.

I assume that this is another problem. This seems to be a problem with session timers.
The latest version of PhonerLite has a bug with this. The beta version should fix that. Can you please try this beta version if this solves your problem?

Right now I can't image what is your environment. I never hear of such "chanspy".
