Phoner is great!

No ringtone

When I dial a number I just get silence until the other party answers. I dont get any ring tone.

Is there a setting that I can choose so that I can hear the ring tone or the dial tone for that matter.

Are you using Phoner or PhonerLite? If you are using Phoner: CAPI or SIP mode?
Does the remote party ring?

What SIP provider are you using? As soon the provider tell that the remote party is ringing, PhonerLite signals that with a special sound. Some providers send inband ringtone - PhonerLite plays that too.
So can you please send the content of the debug window to me by e-mail after such outgoing call?

You are using a router with symmetric NAT. Therefore you can't use STUN, so just leave this field in PhonerLite empty.
If your router doesn't support UPnP, I can't help you. Sorry.

Hello!
I have the same problem when I connect the PhonerLite to PBX Unify OpenScape Business v2. And during the ringing process it sends me an empty RTP stream. I clearly understand that it’s the Unify software problem, but if it’s possible to add the function to be able to block an incoming audio stream and replace it with the default ringing control sound it would be very nice.

PhonerLite generates its own ringback tone. But as soon as RTP is received from the remote party, that ringing tone generation is stopped and the RTP is "played". That works for all common providers.
I hope you understand that I don't change that behavior for your special case.
