The latest beta version now has an additional entry in the context menu to copy the number from actual call or log book.

Using Fritz!box 6360 cable, i do it in this way:

In my Fritz!box i activate everything, especially Anrufe (calls), in FRITZ! Box 6360 Cable - System - Push Service - Push services, then i put my own e-mail-address there and into FRITZ! Box 6360 Cable - System - Push Service - Absender, and X minutes after an incoming call i get an e-mail to my XXXXX94@gmx.net-account with that phone-number. This as well, when i'm not at home, but wherever in this world.

"X minutes after" depends of your private e-mail-program-settings, of course.
