Problem after update 2.31

Hi! after update can't call, an error occurs: 47 - Resources unavailable, unspecified. 
Return the previous version and is working again.

I assume an error in installing the actual version. Did you use the PhonerLiteSetup.exe for installing or do you extracted the ZIP file?

After Download this setup is started.
This Setup was successful in your case?
I tried update several times here and no problems occurred. So just install the above Setup again.

The problem remained. I have Windows 10. After the update, I haven't updated the SIP client, but today I updated and got this problem

I called the provider. He looked at the log file and saw my registration, but sees technical packages sent to the SIP client.
