	Hi, its not possible to call numbers starting with 603 (e.g. (603) 123456), when the number is written with parentheses: (603) 123456. But when I at first try (603) 123456 and then 603123456 then Phoner hang up immediately as well. And why there are parentheses? Because I loaded contacts from Outlook and Phoner adds parentheses when there is a space in number (I don't have any parentheses in phone numbers) - next bug. I am not from Germany, maybe there it works. Phoer is very good caller, thanks.

	Take a look here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Microsoft_telephone_number_format Maybe you have loaded German area codes and you are using German prefixes? Take a look at Options/ISDN. There is a page with location and one with area codes.

	If you are using Phoner in SIP mode and you can do without Outlook import - you should take a look at PhonerLite. All numbers are dialed exactly as you put it in.

	Hi, the problem is with prefixes. When I deleted synced contacts (from Outlook), where Phoner added parentheses, and entered this number to Phoner (without parentheses and without spaces), then it worked correctly. I replaced list of prefixes in ISDN (german.dat) with empty one (as you suggested), but it didn't help (I tried it 10 times, area codes are empty). What is curious is, that even thereafter Phoner still adds parentheses - number 603 907 698 from Outlook changes to (603) 907698. PhonerLite is so buggy, that it is (for me) unusable.

	PhonerLite is buggy? What exactly are your problems with PhonerLite? PhonerLite doesn't do any number translation. I won't change Phoner anymore for this number translation. That is needed to be able to dial via ISDN. VoIP is only an emulation in Phoner. Exactly for this PhonerLite was created.
