Logbook record

One more little question...

In the Logbook, if I had dialed a number - it makes "Name" record with the local phonebook string (for example "Гринман В.М."). But if I recieve a call it makes "Name" record with CallerID string from PBX and all the symbol that exist in Cyrillic, but do not exist in Latin alphabet are being replaced with blank or full stop symbols (for example " P HMAH B.M."). For me it's not a big issue, but for someone who works in call center - it is.

Is it possible to make an option (not to change the default PhonerLite behavour) to record only phonebook strings in Logbook journal?

Can you please send me the content of the debug window after such call? I need to know what is within the SIP messages and what is in the Phonebook.
Please send me this info by e-mail and not here in the forum.
