	Hello This has happened a few times now and wondering if you can help? In the middle of a call, the phone cuts out and the number disappears but the call duration keeps counting up. Clicking disconnect does not end this call, have to close down PhonerLite. Even clicking the X to close PhonerLite doesn't work or it takes 15 seconds or so for it to close. I attach a screenshot. Any ideas?

	I can't reproduce that here. Can you please send me the complete content of the debug window right after this happens? Please send it by e-mail - not here in the forum. Thanks.

	Hello, The same problem appears sometimes with my users. I've enabled the DebugToFile parameter and now waits for that to happen again.

	I changed something in the latest beta version of PhonerLite. That changed the mute button handling of headsets a bit. Maybe that solves your problem too.

	You wrote your problem in this thread here and this thread contains a screenshot where I can see mute button event. So just give the actual version (2.43) a chance.

	Hello Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Some of our users are also still having PhonerLite crashing after being on a call for a while. Then when trying to close PhonerLite, a few errors are thrown. I managed to save a copy of the debug log right before I exited PhonerLite. This is listed in the first screenshot. I can send over the full log if you can confirm which email address to send it to?

	If you think that has something to to with that SUBSCRIBE message, you can deactivate this by deselect "MWI". I still can't reproduce that here. That is strange.

	Thanks, I don't think it's to do with the SUBSCRIBE message, that's just the last thing in the log file before the call dropped. I will turn off MWI anyway. The main thing is you can see the number beside the green call icon disappears, but the duration count still rises every second.

	I need a way to reproduce that here for my own. Do I need a special VoIP provider? It seems you are using "natterbox.com". Do they offer free accounts?

	In our case, we have a local PBX based on asterisk (www.elastix.org). So I don't think the problem is related to a special VoIP provider.

	If the local used hardware (e.g. headset) is not important, the problem must be in the communication with the PBX. Is there a way to test it here for my own. Can I register to your PBX via Internet? I don't have any Asterisk here for testing.

	Unfortunately our PBX is not reachable from internet for security reasons. Sorry.
