Hello, I use your program for a long time (PhonerLite), but lately when I talk with the person and is calling on the second line, is not an incoming call, but a month ago it worked. The settings are not changed. call waiting button off. Could be a problem in the operating system, namely updating windows 10? need help Cry

Please check if your telephony provider or you PBX handles that second call because there is an existing call. As long as you don't have disabled "call waiting" in PhonerLite, PhonerLite can handle up to 30 calls in theory.

Сalls meet a few people at a time, but the call is not in the program of the second line, it is simply transferred to another operator. I accept the call can not see another incoming call.

You can take a look at the debug window. Set the debug window visible by selecting "Help/Debug". You can press the DEL key within this window to clear the content.
Just make one call and then clear the content. Now activate on the remote side that call transfer. Now some messages should appear in that debug window. Send me the content of that debug window by e-mail - not here in the forum. I can tell you what is wrong then.
If no messages appear, ask your PBX operator then.
