First of all thanks for the great softphone PhonerLite.
Does PhonerLite supports RTCP or is that feature on PhonerLite roadmap?

Yes, PhonerLite sends periodically RTCP messages.
Received RTCP is translated and you can see some of the results (jitter, packet loss) at the statistics page while a call is active.
