Hi, 
i am new and looking for a Good List of VOIP Poviders? 
Best with descriptions, quality and price indicators  Cheesy 

I stay in China and fear that there possibly only a few are good for calls in and out. Mostly to Germany and Europe, USA.

QUALITY and reliability counts in my case! I prefer to pay somewhat more, when I get reliable services. Flat rate not needed or only temporarily.

PhonerLite is pure client application developed as a private hobby project. I can't give you an overview of VoIP providers. I just have some experience with a few providers here in Germany. There are other platforms that may help you. This small forum about a simple client application is not the right platform for your question.
