PhonerLite supports "callto:", "sip:" and "tel:" URIs.
If you activate it in PhonerLite (menu: Options/URL protocol handler) a click on such link on the webpage opens PhonerLite and lets dial it the number. Such link should look like "callto:0123456789".

If your webpage just contains phone numbers as pure text (not a link), you should take a look at Telify. That Add-on for Firefox converts phone numbers in such links automatically.

If you don't want to use PhonerLite but Phoner, then "phoner:" is the supported type only.

PhonerLite saves the call log in the file named "logbook.csv" - that is a pure text file.
