Hi All,

I am facing an issue where phonerlite is not able to register intermittently and I am getting below in the logs

09:07:01,409: T: <x.x.x.x>:5060
STUN
  public ip: (null)

I could notice that the NAT address is not being received for STUN and register fails. We already have a NAT command and ports opened on the firewall between. 

Please help its urgent.

Also, I would like to add "DNS lookup" is working fine. Still, IP for Stun shows "null" in non-working scenarios

STUN may fail. Do you have configured a suitable STUN server? Take a look at your output: Quote:
09:07:01,409: T: <x.x.x.x>:5060
STUN
  public ip: (null)

The default port for STUN is 3478, but you have configured port 5060. You don't need to set a port when configuring the STUN server in PhonerLite.
