Hello,

We have been testing your software with SipXcom 17.04 and Polycom VVX 300 phones. We have found one issue with attended call transfers from the Polycom phones to PhonerLite ( blind transfers work and transfer from PhonerLite work ).

The problem occurs when the transfer button is pressed to complete the transfer. The call transfer fails can the call is placed on hold. When call is end the call is transferred.

If the call was from an external gateway then call arrives at the users voicemail.

Is it possible that you could investigate the issue? If so, what information would you need me to collect?

Please keep in mind that PhonerLite is only a private hobby project of mine. In my environment the transfer works. I can't test with other peers like SipXcom.
You may send me the content of the debug window right after the failed transfer. Please send it by e-mail - not here in forum.
