Hello. Please, help me.
How I can change audio in programm Phonerlite?

I need chang melody after recieving the call from my client and transfering to another manager.
Where can I change these settings?

Do you mean the hold music? Sorry, that is fix and can't be configured. But normally a PBX use its own hold music.

Are you using PhonerLite in Peer-to-peer mode? If you enter an account, this can be either a local IP-PBX or a SIP provider. In both cases you have a centralized service that should use its own hold music.

We are using a SIP provider https://ringostat.com.
They tell us that can't change the hold music.
Our client don't like that audio and want to change it.
Unfortunately, it is can not be performed.

You have two options:
1) chose a different provider
2) disable music on hold (MOH) in PhonerLite.
