	When you open Options > Hotkeys, the little options panel appears in the upper left corner of the screen instead of appearing centered over the PhonerLite window. Maybe this could be fixed? I always thought it would be better to have an Options Tab to go next to the Configuration Tab - and put all the PhonerLite options there instead of in the Options Menu - or maybe they could go in both.

	I have uploaded a new beta version of PhonerLite. New dialog windows like the hotkey configuration now appear centered over the main window.

	This was one feature request I understand and it is useful.
