Sending Menu Commands to Phone Systems

Sometimes when you call a company you end up in their menus, and you have to push 1, 2, 5, #, etc. to navigate their phone system.

However, sometimes my PhonerLite does not send the tones.  I have to restart PhonerLite and do the call over again in hopes that it can send the tones on the next try.  When I push the button it types the number in the phone number box but doesn't transmit any sound.  It is intermittent, and I haven't figured out a pattern to the malfunction.

It's not on just my PhonerLite, but on another computer's PhonerLite, too.

Is this known, or does anyone else have this problem, or is there a way to fix it?

If the focus is in within the input field, then the buttons only edit the number in that input field. Just click once on the actual call in the call list. Then the dial buttons go to that call and send that tones.
