562:Connectivity Checks Failed -- Help!

I used to use another softphone that periodically would not connect my calls and I never found out why.  I found this softphone and thought it may resolve my issues but so far have not been able to get it to work at all.  I like the debug feature so I can see what is occurring but it does not mean anything to me since I am a user and not a programmer. 
How can I fix the following error?  I have yet to complete a call with PhonerLite.

I see no error in the very small snippet you sent above.
Is registration to your SIP service successful? You will see this in the status line in PhonerLite. If registration falls, call will fail too. 
Please send debug output not here in the forum, but sent me the output by e-mail.
