Not able to hear the welcome announcement

Hi,
This is my first post so please bear it with me.

Recently, i downloaded 2 instances of phoner lite for my application. I have configured a welcome announcement for the calling party but when i am making a call to other instance, calling party is not able to hear the welcome announcement.

When i saw  the SIP traces of the media server and our application logs, it shows that announcement is being played but we do not hear anything. 

I am attaching the snapshots for both the instances. Need your help and support urgently.

There is a statistics page in PhonerLite. That page shows some information about the selected call. So take a look there while the call is ringing. Do you see any received data?

I have no problems with announcements (e.g. ringback tone) coming from the provider while the outgoing call is in ringing state here. Do you hear the remote party after accepting the call? So in general there are no sound problems?
