	Hello. Tell me please, we have many phonnerLite computers running version 2.62, there is a case when the softphone hangs and the client number in the call history disappears. What could be the reason ? There are no errors in the logs.Screenshot with an empty number attached.

	I can't tell you. Another user reported that this happens when there is much CPU load and much disk access. This happens if a huge amount of files are compressed, for example by using 7zip. I can't reproduce that problem on my PCs. So I don't know what exactly causes this problem and can't do anything against this right now. Sorry.
