Mikrophone funktioniert nicht

Hallo,

ich habe das Problem dass wenn ich angerufen werde, oder wenn ich jemand anrufe, die Person an anderen ende von Telefon, mich nicht hört. 
Der Mikrofone Button im PhonerLite hat ein rotes X. Das Headset funktioniert aber einwandfrei, diese ist auch ausgewählt im PhonerLite.

Hat jemand eine Idee wo es dran liegen kann?

es funktioniert leider nicht.

das rote Kreuz beim Mikrofon bleibt, hier ein Bild.

Benutzt eine andere Applikation das Mikrofon vielleicht? Irgendeine Spracherkennung oder dergleichen?

In der Systemsteuerung ist tatsächlich der Zugriff auf das Mikrofon erlaubt? Sonst wüsste ich leider nicht, was das Problem sein könnte.

die Option gibt es bei Windows 7 leider nicht.

Ich habe schon alles versucht bin auch mit meinem Latein am Ende

Die einzige andere Einstellung und PhonerLite ist die Samplingrate. Du kannst da ja mal andere Werte ausprobieren. Du kannst den Mikrofon-Button einfach anklicken um zu testen, ob es geht.
Funktioniert dein Mikrofon ansonsten in anderen Applikationen?

Ja das Mikrofone funktioniert mit andere Applikationen einwandfrei.

Sollte ich die Werte alle einzeln ausprobieren, oder alle Zusammen?

Du kannst die nur einzeln (also nacheinander) ausprobieren.
Steht im Debug-Fenster eine Fehlermeldung, wenn du das Mikro öffnen willst?

Sorry, hier scheint ein allgemeiner Aufruf zu DirectSound nicht zu funktionieren. Leider kann ich dabei nichts tun. Ich kann aus der Ferne diesbezüglich nicht weiterhelfen.
Somit musst du wohl ein anderes Softphone benutzen.
