Phoner is great!

I have installed PhonerLite and configured it with my VOIP provider, 1-VOIP.  I can receive calls no problem, but I can not make an outgoing call.  If I look at the Statistics tab after initiating a call there is no traffic either way.  If I look at the activity log on 1-VOIP there are no outgoing calls or attempts indicated.  I have created an outbound rule in Windows Firewall in case that was the problem, but it does not make a difference.  I have tried many different settings in PhonerLite, nothing helps.  Any thoughts?

I have no experience with 1-VOIP. You can deactivate some options in PhonerLite like "GRUU" on the network settings page. Does this change anything?

Nothing seems to make a difference, I believe I've tried everything, but assume I have not.  I can call out using Zoiper and MicroSIP, but not PhonerLite.  So far, I prefer PhonerLite.

In the help menu of PhonerLite you can show and hide the debug window. Please enable this debug window and restart PhonerLite and do exactly one outgoing call. Then copy&paste the content of the debug window into an e-mail to me. Don't send such logs here in forum. Maybe I can tell more when analyzing this debug log.

You should disable SRTP! I assume that your provider doesn't support it. SRTP is disabled by default - must must have activated manually  Wink
Beside of that try to disable unusual codecs. Just leave the 2 G.711 codecs for a test. If that works, try to enable the other codecs if you need it.
If you do any change in configuration you have to save to activate that changes.
