Not responding until headset unplugged

Hi! We use headset pc 8 usb sennheiser, jabra evolve 20.
From time to time Phoner hangs up, not responding after dialing the number. Even after we restart the programm, dial number, press "Call" -- and it hanging up and not responding.

The answer is - unplug headset from usb and plug it again.

Please help figure out the problem.

I can't reproduce that problem here with my Sennheiser headset. Do you have both headsets plugged? Or does this happen with a single plugged headset too?
Are you using the latest version of PhonerLite (2.68)?

It happens also with single and with both-plugged.

To use both headset I use "virtual audio cable" (https://download.cnet.com/Virtual-Audio-Cable/3001-2168_4-10067766.html)

Please update to PhonerLite version 2.68. 
I don't know what I can do as long as I can't reproduce the problem. Maybe you have to look for another softphone. PhonerLite is only a hobby project of mine and I can't offer more support. Sorry.
