Hello, i've been using your software for some time now.

After cleaning a employees laptop and reinstalling PL a glitch happend when the user was trying to call the customer.

So the employees do not call directly from PL, but from the website in which we have all of our database registered and it is linked to PL.

Glitch Desc: When clicking "Call" a small pop-up from PL shows on the right bottom corner of the screen like as if the employer was receiving a call when he was really trying to make one.

This small window only appears for incoming calls! You should see in the debug window that an incoming call is signaled. I don't know why an incoming call is generated.

Hey! I do know that this window [u]should[u] only appear for incoming calls, however this is happening with outgoing calls.

Like I said, when the employee clicks "call client" that windows shows up, and the call will only begin to be estabilished if the employee clicks on the green phone icon which supposedly is for answering a call, when he is really trying to make one.

I guess this isn't happening to anyone else =/

I don't know how your application works. Does it use the URL handler like calling "callto:0123456789"? Does PhonerLite initiate the call and gets additional an incoming call? You should see this in the call list.
