Echo on one side of inbound calls

Hello,

When receiving calls there sometimes is a echo on the callers side of the phone. This echo is only audible on the callers side, not the receiving side of the inbound call. I have already adjusted echo cancellation to no satisfactory effect. Are their any other things that can be troubleshot to reduce echo?

When your microphone records the output of your speakers echo is generated. The best way to avoid this is to to use a (USB-)headset. The newer USB headsets are registered as own sound device in your system. 
If you change any setting like echo cancellation slider, you need to save configuration to get changes activated.

Hello,

Every time this issue has occurred it has been utilizing a usb headset, the volume on the earpiece has been adjusted to account for any type of feeback loop, issue still persists after this.

Sorry, but then I have no solution for for. Phoner and PhonerLite are just hobby projects of mine - noit more. You should try a professional version instead.
