Audio delay when making outgoing calls

Hello, everyone. When I make outgoing calls there are 2-3 seconds delay before the called party can hear me. On the other hand, I hear the called party right after a receiver is picked up.

How can I eliminate this bug? With other softphones (tested with MicroSIP) there is no such problem. What configuration parameters may cause this?

To be honest: I don't know.
I don't have this problem.
Can you do a test? Without any call - click on the speaker button PhonerLite. That deactivated symbol should disappear. No start to talk into your microphone - you should not hear anything. Click now on the microphone button. You should hear yourself immediately. If that is OK, here is no problem with your local audio equipment.
