AppLocker Publisher exception

Hi!
I'm trying to add PhonerLite installer or exe to Windows AppLocker's exceptions for our corporate PCs. Of course I can do that exception by file hash or file name, but it would be much better to make an exception by publisher.
But I cannot do that for PhonerLite. After I select its exe file I get an error: "The publisher information cannot be extracted from the specified file: C:\Distribs\PhonerLiteSetup.exe. Reason: The object identifier does not represent a valid object. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x800710D8)"
Does somebody have any solution?
Thanks!

I don't know what this AppLocker needs. PhonerLite is just a hobby project - not more. If you need a solution for your business environment, you should use a professional VoIP solution for this.

PhonerLite is signed by CACert, but this is not included in the trusted providers by default. Maybe this is the problem.

Yes, it seems that is the problem. Even cacert.org website is not trusted by Chrome.

Take a look at the costs for such trusted certificate and you know why I don't use one.

Yes, I agree with you. Of course purchasing such an expensive cert is not an option for a hobby project.
Thanks for your reply!
