Hello, I try to dial a number containing semicolons that devide it into parts (the number itself, account, external crm number). In Phonerlite this does not work, although in other softphone this works. Is semicolon prohibited?

PhonerLite does no "cleaning" of phone numbers. The number is used, exactly as the user puts it in. So if you enter a number with semicolon, the semicolon is part of the message to the provider. Only spaces will be removed.

I have taken a dump. The difference between the one with the semicolon and the trace without it is that there is no server part added. In a regular call the address is phone@server, but with the semicolon it is just the dialed string without @server. This is, I think, the reason, why such calls are rejected.

I do not now, how else to pass additional parameters to Asterisk. Besides a number, I need to pass there client account, contact ID etc.

This does not concern asterisk. This is the problem with invite message headers. There the server part is omitted, if the number contains semicolon.
In traces it is usually INVITE sip:phone number@server ip SIP/2.0, but in case a number contains semicolons it looks like INVITE sip phone part1;part2;part3.. SIP/2.0

That is completely clear. But why does your number has a semicolon behind?
You can use a complete URI (sip:example@domain.org) as destination number. In your case the user part is empty and "sip:xxx;" is handled as valid URI.
