When you enter such dial tones (DTMF) over an active call, you have to ensure that the focus is not in the above edit field for the phone number. When you see the blinking cursor in that input field, you just entr a number for a new call. Normally that input field has NOT the focus after establishing a call. But if you entered that field, you can click somewhere else (e.g. at the call in the call list), Then you can use the mouse to click the number buttons.

That is the expected output. Do you have enabled DTMF codec in codec list?

Hi
I´m dialing in via MS Access tel number ( Fritzbox)

When required to use the gui dialpad to enter numbers select the phonerlite icon or directly click the dial pad on the open app, but then I always first have to select the current ACTIVE number before the gui dialpad will work.

Anything I´m  doing wrong?

I don't know what you mean with GUI dial pad.
First of all: When you use PhonerLite directly and enter there a number you can do a phone call without problems?

I'm also having trouble getting the number tones to work after calls are connected. Even when the focus is not on the  number screen. It doesn't happen with all calls, for example it works OK for my voip message service, but wont work for paypal code confirmations. I have the DTMF codec ticked. Is there anything else I can try?
Thanks.

DTMF transmission depends of several things. First of all you should have activated "DTMF (RFC4733)" in codec list of PhonerLite. This codec is negotiated with the peer. So the result is dynamically - the peer also has to support this codec. If this is not the case, DTMFs are transmitted inband. If you are using a high compressed codec, such tones are not easy to detect.
In latest version you can also activate "DTMF (INFO)" in PhonerLite additionally.

Maybe you understand now, that I can't give you an easy answer. The services that I use have no problems with DTMF. You may send me the content of the debug window after such call. I can take a look at codec negotiation then. Please send such debug information by e-mail - not here in the forum.

I upgraded to the latest version with the "DTMF (INFO)" codec and managed to get it to work after I clicked in empty space in the configuration tab. Thank you.
