Every time after 15 minutes the phone call ends with this menssage 

14:03:00,448: T: mDNS refresh: sip:xxxxxxxxx@telefonica.net = 172.18.64.1:5060, ttl=900

You can disable this "Multicast DNS" under Configuration/Network. But I doubt that this is the real problem.
Do you have activated "Session Timers" at "Configuration/Network"? If so - disable it. Keep in mind that you have to save to activate those changes.
