no one can't hear me

Yesterday I have been using it and it all worked, today I can hear everybody, but no one can't hear me. I have checked microphone, it works. Then I tried on other PC, it does not work either... Is it possible that Vodafone somehow is stopping it?

When you open the statistics page in PhonerLite while a call is active: Do you see volume changes when speaking into the microphone?
The active call list shows call duration and used codecs. Are in and out codec equal?

The screenshot above shows a call that is not yet answered. 
You can send me the content of the debug window by e-mail for verification if you like.

You are using the portable version of PhonerLite - I don't update that special Setup. You can download the ZIP file for the regular PhonerLite version - that is portable too! The ZIP file contains the same files as the regular Setup. You should update to the latest version.

I cannot do update, my company is using this one... Sad 

On the call was answered, I called my wife, and I could hear her, she could not hear me. I have send you debug log.

I got your e-mail. As expected there is no answer from your SIP server that the remote party is ringing or answered the call. That is strange.

I know, and only yesterday everything was working...

I can't tell you. You have to ask your VoIP provider (voippro.com) about that.
You have activated anonymous call. Maybe you should deactivate it and do another call.
