Hallo Forum,

ich versuche nun schon eine ganze Weile das Universelles Basisprofil der Telekom Cloud PBX mit dem PhonerLite 2.92 ans laufen zu bringen. Leider nur mit mäßigem Erfolg Es will einfach nicht.
Folgendes habe ich konfiguriert:
Proxy/Registrar: tel.t-online.de
Registrierung: true (600 Sekunden)
Domain/Realm: tel.t-online.de
STUN-Server: leer

Benutzername: 49+Vorwahl+Rufnummer+Mitbenutzer
Kennwort: aus dem Telekom Portal
Authentifizierungsname: aus dem Telekom Portal
Telefonnummer: +49+Vorwahl+Rufnummer

Lokaler Port: 5060 UDP
Multicast DNS: Check
QoS: Check
GRUU: Check

Das Debug Protokoll Scheint keine Fehler auszugeben bzw kann ich keine Fehler darin sehen.

So wiederholt sich das immer wieder. Am Ende erscheint in der Statuszeile "Request Timeout"

Wo kann der Fehler liegen?

Deine Konfiguration stimmt nicht. Für den CloudPBX-Zugang müsstest du "hpbx.deutschland-lan.de" bei "Proxy/Registrar" eintragen und "tel.t-online.de" bei "Domain/Realm". 
Da ich selber keinen solchen Account habe, müsstest du für weiterer Dinge eine Konfigurationsanleitung der Telekom bemühen.

Danke für Deine Antwort. Das Protokoll ist jetzt sichtbar voller. Leider bekomme ich weiter keinen Zugang zur Telekom Cloud PBX.

Eine Fehlermeldung konnte ich jetzt PhonerLite Debug

Wenn ich das in PhonerLite eintrage, kommen im Debug-Fenster folgende Ausgaben:

Das ist echt seltsam. Ich habe es erst auf meinen 1&1 Anschluss geschoben das die DNS Auflösung nicht richtig mit Telekom Server funktioniert, aber jetzt bin ich an einen Telekom Deutschland LAN Anschluss und es funktioniert auch nicht. Dann muss ich doch bei der Konfiguration etwas ganz verkehrt machen.

Hast du eventuell den Zielport mit angegeben, also beispielsweise "hpbx.deutschland-lan.de:5060"?

Nein habe ich nicht. Das ist echt schräg. Die Firewall scheint da auch nichts zu Blocken.

Und eine Abfrage an der Konsole liefert auch ein Ergebnis.

Ja - bei dir fehlt irgendwie die DNS-Abfrage per SRV. Starte PhonerLite bitte neu und sende mir dann den Inhalt des Debug-Fensters per E-Mail (nicht hier im Forum!) zu.

So. Den einen PC am Telekom Deutschland LAN Anschluss habe ich hinbekommen. PhonerLite wird registriert und ich kann Normal telefonieren. Den tatsächlichen Grund konnte ich leider nicht ausmachen. Allerdings auch nur über TCP. Über UDP bekomme ich wieder ein T: hpbx.deutschland-lan.de failed to resolve

Auf dem zweiten PC am 1&1 Anschluss bekomme ich es mit der gleichen Konfiguration nicht zum laufen. Fehler auch hier: T: hpbx.deutschland-lan.de failed to resolve
Die DNS-Auflösung an diesem PC und an der Konsole funktionieren Einwandfrei.

Die Registrierung am 1&1 Anschluss bekomme ich mit TLS nun hin. Wichtig dabei ist noch, dass die ein in der Netzwerkverbindung eingetragener DNS Server "EDNS" unterstützen muss. Der Tipp kam vom Cloud PBX Remote Support der Telekom.   

Die Registrierung ist nun da, jedoch kann ich keinen Ruf absetzten und demzufolge auch nicht Telefonieren.

Du benutzt jetzt TLS und nicht TCP. In diesem Fall musst du für der CloudPBX noch SRTP in PhonerLite aktivieren und "MediaSec". Letzteres kannst du über das Kontextmenü der SRTP-Checkbox unter Konfiguration/Codecs aktivieren.
