I cannot place a call on hold

VOIP Provider - Natterbox

For inbound calls, I cannot place the caller on hold.  I have tried a number of versions including the latest version 3.

When I press the hold button, nothing happens.

Please check if you have enabled conference mode. Hold is disabled in conference mode.
You can enable the debug window in the help menu. You can send me the content of that window right after trying to put a call on hold. Please send the output via e-mail - not here in the forum!

I have checked that conference mode is not enabled.   

I have sent the debug log by email as requested.

I got the log and see that the remote server doesn't answer the messages from PhonerLite in the right time. Is you network connection so bad? PhonerLite has to retransmit the messages multiple times. Unfortunately the hold requests overlaps previous actions (older messages are not answered yet).
