	Can't send DTMF when in SIP 193 Session Progress or Early Media. Some numbers in the USA may not answer but send early media asking to enter a password. Example: At&t's EasyReach 800 numbers like this one +1 8006523647. PhoneLite is not capable of entering a DTMF tones in this calling state.

	Yes, PhonerLite sends DTMF only when a call is active. I didn't know that any service needs that in early media state.
