call does not come into phonerlite until 3 rings

Hello, I use Movistar and the call does not come into phonerlite until 3 rings on the analog phone. (no server stun). They tell me it is because of the sip.instance. How do you remove that option?

SIP is designed to ignore such unknown parameters. Your provider should do it the same way.

But for such strange SIP implementations there is the key called "UseAppGUID". Just open the file "sipper.ini" with a text editor (e.g. notepad.exe). under the section of you used profile add this line: "UseAppGUID=0". 
If you find the line "UseAppGUID=1" you should replace it with "UseAppGUID=0"
