	Hello, I've had a lot of issues the last few months with; No ringing tone, silence calls and no-such-number tone problems (numbers that work from a mobile). I thought it was the fault of my voip provider (Zadarma), but they denied it, so I tried a different soft phone (old version of Eyebeam I still had) and all the issues disappeared. I'm using Phonerlite 3, I tried the latest version with default settings and had exactly the same issues. I much prefer Phonerlite so please can you help me find the cause. Thanks, Trev

	I meant when I place a call there is usually no ringing tone on the line, it's silent until the call is either answered, goes to message, or disconnects because of the timeout. I sometime hear the message but often the first thing I hear is the Peep of the message recording starting.

	In help menu you can enable the debug log page. Using the context menu you can delete the current content. No do an outgoing call. if you didn't get a ring tone, copy the content of the debug log page and insert that into an e-mail to me. Don't try to post that here in the forum. Hopefully i can tell you more after analyzing the log.
