	I want to launch the application but then it will auto dial a sip number. Is there a command you can add after the application exe link in a shortcut, or is there another option?

	I don't understand. You click on a a sip:// or tel:// link or do you just start the application without parameters? If you start the application without any parameters no number should be dialed. If you enabled URL protocol handlers in PhonerLite and click on such link, then the number will be dialed automatically - yes.
