Ich bekomme die unten stehende Fehlermeldung beim Starten von PhonerLite 3.32.
Ich benutze Windows 7 64bit. PhonerLite 3.30 startete noch ohne dieses Problem.

Bei dieser DLL handelt es sich um eine System-DLL von Windows. Diese ist also nicht Teil von PhonerLite selbst. 
Ob du für Windows 7 da noch fündig wird, kann ich nicht sagen. Sorry.
