We are currently testing our SBC and several tools in the lab. We don't want the calls to be automatically released by PhonerLite. We want the call release to be controlled by the user or by the configuration on the SBC, Softswitch, and other tools, regardless of the presence of media.

We need an option to disable or control the media inactivity timer, since we haven't yet resolved the issue of random one-way audio calls over the WireGuard tunnel.

I understand your point. But for the end user there is no advantage for having such switch. I hope you find another tool to test with.
