Anrufbeantworter einrichten

Hallo Phoner-Nutzer,


ich finde Phoner ech toll, habe aber ein Problem.

Ich habe den AB eingerichtet und bei einem ersten Testlauf hatte auch alles funktioniert - Ansage kam, ich konnte meine Nachricht aufsprechen und wieder abhören. Aber bereits beim nächsten Anruf: Anruf wird offenbar angenommen. Die Ansage des AB läuft aber nicht an und ich kann auch keine NAchricht hinterlassen. 

Was kann da passiert sein?

Habe Windows XP. Anlage/Router ist eine Detewe OpenCom 45dsl. Die MSN (40), die die Anlage meldet ist bei der ISDN-Konfiguration eingetragen - aber wie gesagt, hatte ja bereits funktioniert.

Danke für alle Tips im voraus

leider benötigen wir mehr Informationen, um Dir bei Deinem Problem helfen zu können. Lese Dir bitte diesen Beitrag durch, beantworte bitte möglichst vollständig die dort gestellten Fragen, und poste die Debug-Ausgaben nach der dort formulierten Anleitung, die für Deinen Phoner-Betriebsmodus genannt sind.

Ich kann keinen Fehler auf die Schnelle finden.
Funtioniert denn ein normaler Anruf? Hörst du dann auf beiden Seiten etwas? Also erstmal ganz ohne AB.

Nein mit AB funktioniert es nicht. Der Anruf wird gemeldet - auch mit anrufender Nummer. Ich lasse es klingeln, bis phoner abhebt. Im Fenster erscheinen die Symbole Telefon und Mikrofon. Aber eine Verbindung scheint nicht da zu sein. Keine Ansage erfolgt von AB und ich kann auch nichts aufsprechen. Im Logbuch erscheint der neue Anruf mit Verbunden ja, Anfang und Ende. Wenn ich beim Klingeln des Anrufs selbst auf AB klicke, ist es dasselbe. Keine Verbindung zum AB, obwohl der Anruf angenommen wird.

Versuch mal folgenden Selbsttest (ohne eine Verbindung/Ruf zu haben):
Klicke jeweils einmal auf das Mikrofon- und Lausprechersymbol in der Statuszeile, sodass die roten Kreuzchen verschwinden. Nun müsstest du dich selber hören, wenn du ins Mikro sprichst.
Nun zihst du aus dem Explorer deine Ansagedatei (z.B. Ansage.wav) in das Phoner-Hauptfenster. Diese Ansage müsste nun wiedergegeben werden.

Dann ist mir ehrlich gesagt nicht klar, wieso die Ansage im AB-betrieb nicht wiedergegeben wird.
Bei mir kann ich das leider nicht nachvollziehen - da funktioniert es wie gewollt.
