hallo benutze phoner schon seit einiger zeit.. super. bin schwerbehindert und kann nur so telefonieren.

nun zum problem:

kann denn angerufenen nicht hören.. wie aus. kein pegel
meine stimme kann ich hören. sound sonst auch.

was kann ich tun?

Zuerstmal eine wichige Frage, welchen Modus benutzt Du? (Capi = ISDN oder SIP = VoIP)
Bitte lese Dir einmal diesen Treat durch und beantworte die nötigen Fragen, dann können wir Dir sicher besser helfen.

Kannst du dich denn selber hören, wenn du den Audio-Selbsttest durchführst? Wenn du also (ohne eine aktive Verbindung) in der Statuszeile einmal das Mikro- und Lautsprechersymbol anklickst - sollten die roten Kreuzchen verschwinden und du dich selber hören.

ich kann mich selbst hören, auch pegel

verbindug wird ordentlich aufgebaut, dann ist aber die andere seite nicht zu hören!

Leider kann ich so aus der Ferne auch nicht mehr sagen. Ich habe in der Vergangenheit viel mit Eicon-Karten getestet und da kein Problem feststellen können.

Kannst du mal einen Mitschnitt aktivieren? Hörst du damit etwas? Die Frage ist also, ob Daten von der ISDN-Karte an die Applikation kommen und womöglich doch ein Soundkartenproblem besteht...

Du hörst dich also während der Verbindung selber aber nicht dein Gegenüber? In diesem Fall musst du mal deine Soundmixer-Einstellungen überprüfen. Bei den Wiedergabeeinstellungen darf das Mikro nicht aktiviert sein!
