	hallo zusammen, hat schon jemand erfahrung mit phoner und der fritz!box 7170? ich habe nun endlich, nachdem ich die capi dll in das phone verzeichnis kopiert habe, phone zum laufen bekommen, so dass es capi erkennt und anrufe signalisiert werden. allerdings bekomme ich den anrufbeantworter nicht zum laufen. es klingelt und wenn der AB ran gehen sollte legt phoner auf. auch in dem window in dem der ankommende anruf signalisiert wird, ist der AB button inaktiv. also auch manuell kann ich den anruf nicht auf den anrufbeantworter legen. ein tip wäre klasse. vorab vielen dank. 	Wenn der AB-Button in dem Dialog deaktiviert ist, dann existieren mehr als nur ein Call!

	oh hallo.. danke für die schnelle rückantwort. was meinst du mit " es existieren mehr als ein call"? wenn ich mich zb. von handy aufs festnetz zum test anrufe. bin ich der einzige eingehende call. und dann , wenn es ein paar mal (eingestellte zeit) geklingelt hat, schmeisst mich der AB raus. also es kommt keine ansage.

	Moin Djay, Heiko meint damit, dass mehrere Anrufe signalisiert werden, also dass Phoner von der Fritz!Box jeden Anruf mindestens doppelt empfängt. Nur so nebenbei, die CAPI2032.DLL gehört eigentlich in das Verzeichnis C:\Windows\System32. Viele Grüße, Jens

	hi auch JB aber wieso denn jeder anruf doppelt empfängt? wie gesagt.. ich rufe z.b mit meinem handy meine nummer an und dann passiert das beschriebene. AB nimmt im besten fall noch ab, spielt die ansage, aber nimmt nicht auf. und der AB Button im dialogfeld ist nicht anklickbar. und das mit der capi2032.dll. wenn ich sie nicht im phoner verzeichnis drin habe, geht phoner gar nicht. es wir dann kein capi erkannt. ich bin da ja echt n laie. sorry wenn ich so doofe fragen habe. aber auch nochmal danke fürs beantworten und helfen. ich möcht so gern auch mit der neuen fritzbox phoner als AB programm weiter verwenden.

	Moin djay, wie genau stellst Du die Verbindung zur Fritz!Box denn her, hast Du eine ISDN-Karte zwischengeschaltet, oder nutzt Du die sog. NetCAPI? Wo hast Du die capi2032.dll eigentlich her (normalerweise wird sie automatisch installiert)? viele Grüße, Jens

	hi, ich benutze NetCAPI weil ich auch das neue fritzfax für fritzbox verwende. daher habe ich auch die capi2032.dll.

	ok, die NetCAPI ist jedoch keine echte RemoteCAPI, d.h. es funktioniert nicht alles, daher wird sie von AVM nicht offiziell angeboten. Du musst also mit Funktionseinschränkungen (zumindest bei nicht-AVM-Programmen) rechnen. Bitte starte Phoner neu und tätige einen Testanruf. Anschließend schicke uns bitte einmal die Ausgaben des Debug-Fensters. viele Grüße, Jens

Bei den ersten beiden Markierungen kommen die Gespräche an, bei der letzten wird der Anrufbeantworter angesprochen ("User busy" / "call waiting" zeigt hier auch klar den Grund auf). Schau Dir nochmal die Beschreibung der Fritz!Box und der NetCAPI an, normal ist das jedenfalls nicht, dass diese jeden Ruf doppelt meldet. viele Grüße, Jens

	ich dank dir soweit. ich schau mir morgen mal das fritz! handbuch an . vielleicht liegts daran dass fritzfax läuft und auch irgend etwas annimmt.

	hallo nochmal. leider habe ich immer noch keine lösung für mein problem gefunden. ein eingehender anruf wird immer als doppelt registriert und daher nimmt der AB nicht auf. hat jemand noch einen tip?

	hab keine rückinfo von avm bekommen. und bin immer noch anrufbeantworter und phonerlos. ich bin mit meinem latein am ende. noch jemand sonst nen tip wie ich den AB zum laufen bekomme?
