Hi I'm using your phoner App integrated within my call centre auto dialler, its being used as a SIP client instantiated via a delphi application. The PBX is Asterisk.

I have a problem whereby a few calls can be made successfully ('connecting') then i get no ringback, defined via a wavfile in your app this is then closely followed by a successful 'connect' message which triggers a script, however, there doesn't appear to be anyone on the end of the phone.

If i hang the call (via COM API) and dial another number the same sequence repeats. That is dial ,no ringout, connect message no one at the end of the phone.
The only way to get the dialling process to work is to exit the app and try again.

I get the idle connecting connecting messages. 

I have this installation on an identical Asterisk based 8 seat call centre with no apparent problems!  The installation that has the problems is currently using a competitors client product with no problem , which is confusing.

Have you got any ideas where to start looking, is the fact that i get no ringout wav file playing when it goes wrong a pointer?

Please send me the debug outputs from Phoner for such a call. Open the window "debug" via the menu called "window". There are several tab pages. send me the content of the Phoner and SIP tab to my mail address.

I built a new Tribox PBX with the Digium TE110P card to see if the PBX was to blame. Unfortunately i still seem to get the above problem.

I've been able to narrow the problem down somewhat.

You can make around 10-15 outbound calls (to the same number) by Phoner picking up the remote end each time. Then the calls to this number don't seem to hang up.  The software responds with 'Disconnect Indication- User Busy'. Indeed when the call is hung up at this failiure point you can hear that the remote has not hung up.  Eventually the call does clear down and you can call the number again.
