Hello,

Thanks for such great soft phone! I’m new here but certainty for long.


I have some problems with DisconnectCall.
If I call it while state is offering everything is ok and caller hears busy signal, but if I call it when state is connected, it only removes call from Phoner and caller is not dropped completely.

I use SIP.

Any suggestions?

I can see that you are using COM. So my first question is: Does the problem also occur when using Phoner directly?
When you drop the call, does your counterpart see/hear/feel that the call is dropped? So it is only a visual local error in the Phoner GUI?

Yes I use COM (c#). Same problem using Phoner directly.

Phoner drops the call normaly, but counterpart dont feel dropped (hear only silence).

I thought that it can be problem with SIP provider so tried with X-Lite softphone. It drops other side correctly, so problem is somewhere else.

Can you tell me what provider you are using? I need to test it for my own.
Can you please send me the content of the debug window (SIP page) after such a call - via mail please.

Yes, I have updated. I have tried with both beta and non beta versions. Same "Unauthorized" problem.

"Unauthorized" is not the problem itself! After that response Phoner should sent a second BYE with authentication!
