	I have a USB phone that looks like the PK1. The keypad does not operate Phonerlite. Do I need to install a driver so that I can use the key pad on the USB phone? Thanks for your help.

	If you really have that phone (same Vendor ID), then it is enough to select this device as recording device in PhonerLite. You can do this by right clicking on the microphone button and select the device.

	Unfortunately it looks exactly like the one in the link provided from the Help menu, but the vendor ID on the back of the phone is F7059. So I guess it isn't going to work. Thanks for your help anyway.

	And you are shure you select this device explicit as recording device in PhonerLite?
