Phoner - screen pop-up

Hi.  First of all - GREAT PROGRAM!
Question: Can't find an English manual, so I need to ask - is there a way to turn off the large pop-up screen notifier of the incoming call?  I want to try and run this unobtrusively in the background.  Thanks in advance.

Phoner is an application for interactive telephony. If you just want a call logger - Phoner is not the right application for you. Sorry.
Why do you want to use Phoner if you never want to see who is calling in?

I would like that, too.
I am creating a minimalistic UI for Phoner which is saving the in- and outgoing calls to a MySQL DB, so I don't really need the Phoner UI.

But anyway Phoner is an amazingly great foundation if you just want a personal UI and would be overwhelmed with writing an own VoIP software...

I know this post is a little old, but it speaks to exactly what I am trying to do too. I am trying to use phoner as a background application to notify Windows Media Center of incoming calls.

Since WMC will be showing the incoming call the notifications that phoner gives are un-needed. Is there any chance to see a phoner /shutup option  Grin

Just wanted to note that I was able to achieve this by using the srvany application wrapper that is part of the Windows Server 2008 Resource Kit.

You must run the service as a user that has logged in and gone through the phoner setup. Once you have done this follow the usage instructions for the application to turn phoner into a service and say good by to those ugly popups.

I use this in conjunction with the external command option to send XBMC alerts of incoming calls, works great!
