how to access voice mailbox?

Hi,

I just installed phonerlite in Vista and connect to Linksys SPA9000 without any issue. The only thing is I do not know how to access voice mailbox from phoner lite.
I can access voice mailbox with cisco spa504G by pressing mailbox button.

You need to know the internal number your mailbox is assigned to. You can configure that number in PhonerLite. After that you can press the small LED below the dial buttons.

Thanks for your reply Admin. I try to call phonerlite extension and it never went to voice mailbox and only get time out. With spa phones, it goes into voice mailbox.
Another question is how can I dial to auto attendant from phonerlite? I want to use phonerlite to access voice mailbox of spa50x phone.

You have to configure your PBX to redirect a call after some time to the mailbox.
PhonerLite is just a client that doesn't know anything about your configuration of the PBX and such special numbers like auto attendant. Please ask your administrator of your PBX for such special questions.

What about in phoner, the button to access voice mail.  Where do you go to configur or add your own dial in access number for that button?
