Hi 

In your notes for v 1.7.3 it says there is the ability to record calls into wav file. How do I access/configure this? (I have the latest version)

By the way, super software.  Grin

I've worked out how to record but this brings me to another question- how can i configure the save location of recordings

If others have the same question: You can start a call recording in PhonerLite by right clicking on the actual call - a context menu appears where you can select recording. After call termination you see the path of the created wave file (.wav) in the log book, last column. You can right click on that entry in the log book and select "Open containing folder".
You can't configure a different folder for such recordings. The same folder is used where all dynamic settings are saved too.

Will that feature added in future versions?
I know that this function is in Phoner, but i like PhonerLite more.

To be honest: I don't like persons who record all calls. Here in Germany you have to tell the other party that the call will be recorded.
If you need this feature because of any commercial use - just use any other solution. PhonerLite is designed to be used by private persons. It is allowed to use PhonerLite in commercial environment, but then you have other needs.

Yes. I'm working in techsupport of ISP and i'm need to record all my calls.
Sad, that Phonerlite has hotkeys, but hasn't autorecord. Phoner has autorecord, but hasn't hotkeys =)

Sorry, but I won't change that. There are so many softphones available - free and commercial ones. There must be one that fulfills your needs.
PhonerLite is just a hobby project - not more.
